Lead developer to redevelop SupportLogix and merge it with the Saleslogix database schema; a substantial challenge as each product was developed by different companies with fundamentally different design criteria - SupportLogix had a fully normalized database and simple software design; Saleslogix featured a denormalized database and highly sophisticated, customizable codebase.
The SupportLogix project was difficult but we had a great team and successfully shipped a product which had a positive ROI in its first year.
